Throughout my journey, I’ve had some incredible experiences. Currently, I’m serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Gank Pte Ltd. We’re on the cutting edge, developing streamlined cloud solutions and embracing the future of user-generated content. It’s amazing to witness the growth of the gaming industry and the endless possibilities of social gaming.
Before that, I was the Chief Software Engineer at Dreamsmart Pte Ltd, leading an outstanding team of software engineers. Together, we delivered over 80 custom projects in just three years! To nurture talent, we established an R&D team and introduced super quick “zero to hero” programming training courses.
During my time as a Senior Software Developer at PT. Weefer Indonesia, I had the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing them with top-notch consultancy for audit system solutions and integrating core HR systems. It was satisfying to contribute to the success of their businesses by implementing core security systems for their employee portals.
But hey, even before all of that, I started my journey as a Freelancer and Intern Software Developer. It was a fantastic experience, creating various webservices, custom bots, and scripts for clients to boost their efficiency and productivity. I’ve always been passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems.
On the educational side, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Maranatha Christian University. Throughout my studies, I focused on system analysis, honing my skills in understanding and improving complex systems. It was an enriching experience, and I graduated with a GPA of 3.55.
Before my university days, I attended Maha Bodhi High School, where I pursued Social Sciences. I may have been third place from the back, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my time and building a strong foundation for my future endeavors.
In terms of skills, I’m well-versed in various programming languages and tools such as HTML5, Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, WordPress, and Python. I’m also familiar with agile development methodologies and have experience working in cross-functional teams. Mobile-first and responsive design principles are second nature to me, and I excel in cross-browser testing and debugging.
It’s not just about technical skills, though. My soft skills are on point too! I’m a great team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. I’m a quick learner, always eager to adapt to new platforms and technologies. When it comes to problem-solving, I bring my A-game, using strong analytical skills to find creative solutions. Proactivity and self-motivation are in my DNA, enabling me to thrive even when facing tight deadlines.
Throughout my career, I’ve successfully delivered various projects that have made a positive impact. From employee self-service portals to comprehensive human resource systems, hospital management systems, asset management systems, and more. I’ve also developed exciting applications like talent voting apps, document tracking management systems, POS apps, restaurant menu apps, customer support chat systems, and even coding lab games. It’s been an exhilarating ride!
